0. Glossary
1. Program Overview
The ENVY affiliate program rewards you with a share of the trading fees paid by the users you bring to the platform. The more active traders and capital you attract, the higher your revenue share. A two‑level structure additionally incentivises communities and KOLs.
2. Level‑1 Reward Tiers
2.1 Tier Retention Rules
Your tier—and its higher revenue-share rate—remains in force only while the aggregate AUM of your active referrals stays at or above that tier’s threshold. If current AUM drops below a threshold, your status (and payout rate) automatically reverts to the highest tier for which you still qualify. The applicable percentage is recalculated daily and applies retroactively to all existing and future referrals for as long as the required AUM is maintained.
3. Level‑2 Reward (Communities / KOLs)
3.1 Payout Illustration
User A invites B → A receives 15–30 % (depending on their tier) of B’s trading fees.
B invites C → A receives 3 % of C’s trading fees for 18 months; B receives their own L1 share (15–30 %).
Settlement & Payout
Calculation base: ENVY charges a commission equal to 10 % of the success fee (profit share) generated by platform‑based agents for each user on a given calendar day. The sum of such commissions paid by your referrals during the settlement period (UTC 00:00 – 23:59) forms the basis for affiliate payouts.Accrual frequency: daily (T+1), visible in the partner dashboard.Payouts are credited to the partner’s main account every day in USDC.Holding period: ENVY may withhold payouts for up to 14 days for fraud screening.
5. Anti‑Fraud & Compliance
Prohibited activities: self‑trading, wash‑trading, multi‑accounting, bot farms.Violations may lead to forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.
6. Marketing Support
Personal dashboard with a progress bar toward the next tier and AUM / fee analytics.Promo asset library.Dedicated affiliate manager for Platinum and above.
7. Liability & Force Majeure
ENVY reserves the right to amend the program with 14 days’ notice. Platform liability is limited to affiliate rewards already accrued but not yet paid.
